Appraiser Qualifications

Craig and Sue Fraser alone, offer more than 35 years of combined residential real estate appraisal experience in the state of Virginia. We are approved by hundreds or lenders, investors and mortgage bankers nationwide as well as the department of "HUD". FHA appraisals can be ordered with the following "HUD" numbers. Craig L. Fraser -VA4001000942 and Susan M. Fraser - VA4001002858. We have completed appraisals on multi-million dollar estates to modestly valued homes with varying uses. Our Clients can also draw on our extensive experience in waterfront, large parcel, historical properties, and rehab appraisals (203K). Expert Witness testimony for legal proceedings is also available. Craig has previously testified as an expert witness in Fairfax, Stafford and Spotsylvania Counties and Fredericksburg City.

To help us perform proficiently, we utilize state of the art computer software (WinTOTAL), digital photography, online mapping, computerized sketching and a fully integrated addenda and review program. We are members of the National Association of Realtors, Fredericksburg Area Association of Realtors and the Prince William Association of Realtors as Realtor members. This allows us full access to all Realtor databases, Realtor and Appraisal Education and lockbox key utility. Craig and Sue are supported by a extraordinary group of appraisers and administration staff with diverse backgrounds which further enhance our abilities. John Moon, Diane Fields and Billie Jo Sherfey bring over 50 years of combined real estate related experience to our group.
